• Our services include carpet and upholstery cleaning using both hot water extraction (steam) cleaning and dry cleaning methods. Hot water extraction has been proven to remove not only the top layer of soil but also to safely and gently remove the deepest soil. In addition to your home and office carpets and furniture, we clean carpets and upholstery in your car, truck or van. We can gently and safely clean your fine fabric and leather furniture. You can choose to add deodorizing and / or carpet protectors.

Oriental & Area Rug Cleaning & Repairs

• We service all types of area rugs including Orientals and other fine rugs. In addition to cleaning, we offer repair, Binding, re-fringing and restoration services. FREE pick up and delivery

Carpet & Fabric Protector

• Carpet manufacturers apply protectors at the factory to help your carpet stay cleaner longer. Foot traffic and vacuuming cause this protector to wear off over time. Reapplication of the protector aids in slowing down the formation of traffic patterns because it allows your vacuum to remove more dirt from the carpet. In addition, it provides extra time to clean up spills before they turn into stains.

Deodorizers / Pet Stains & Odors

• Deodorizers for carpets and upholstery eliminate odors caused by pets, smoke, food and other organic sources. The deodorizers immediately neutralize the odor and eliminate its source.

Spot Dying

• We can restore the original color to carpets that have suffered a color loss.Drapery & Window Treatments
• Avoid removing and re-hanging drapes and window treatments. Let us steam or dry clean your draperies and window treatments on site. We can also remove & re-hang drapes when needed for cleaning.

Mattress Cleaning

• We clean and disinfect mattresses – all sizes from crib to king. Our cleaning will rid your mattress of dust mites and other allergens.

Commercial Floor Care

• Own a commercial property we will come after hours and weekends so your place is showroom ready for your next business day.

Tile & Grout Cleaning

• Ceramic tile is beautiful but the grout is difficult to clean. Avoid scrubbing for hours on your hands and knees. Your old toothbrush will never produce the results that we can. • Our family will be on watch as your eyes and ears here in Florida. Having lived in the south Florida area for over 20 years and running a successful restoration business, we know what can go wrong and what to look for. APR takes the worry out of seasonal home ownership.
• We will check your home both inside and out on a regular schedule that you decide with thermal imaging and moisture detection. We can find out if there is any moisture before you have further damage.
• One of the most common problems a condominium owner has is if one of the units connected to yours has a water leak and it effects your unit. Without properly drying out your place mold will start to grow. We can prevent this from happening with our inspections.
• Whether its cleaning or construction needed to be done while your out of town, be rest assured you’ll be in good hands.
